We reserve the right to decline any sale where we would be selling at or below our cost. We will not price match after an order has been placed or where a competitor is unable to supply. Any price match is at the company's discretion and decision is final.

We make every effort with the accuracy in pricing on our web site. In the unlikely event of a mistake we will inform you as soon as it is discovered. We will then offer you the choice of reordering or a full and immediate refund.

We reserve the right to vary prices at any time. Prices are exclusive of VAT or duties which the buyer shall be additionally liable to pay.

The goods will remain the property of Denalec Services until we have received payment in full for the goods and any other goods supplied to the Buyer by ourselves.

All E-commerce transactions with us are carried out within a Thwaite approved secure server for your protection.

Delivery
We do our very best to deliver your products in perfect condition. Unfortunately on some occasions things may get damaged. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that the machines are inspected at the time of delivery.

Although we aim to provide next day delivery, this is eventually in the hands of the delivery company.
